We founded DEL FASTER in 2017 because we noticed in our positions with established logistics companies that there were hardly any start-ups or SMEs among our customers. For most logistics companies, these are too small or have too uncertain an order situation. So we set ourselves the goal of offering fair and innovative logistics solutions to every company, regardless of its size. To make this possible, we have developed our own logistics tool, the Connector, from scratch. This innovative software is second to none, combining unprecedented flexibility with easy scalability and an overview of all fulfilment processes. This means that even smaller companies can get started immediately and without complications.In summer 2022, we reached the next milestone and joined forces with the German fulfilment specialist ANCLA and its PackAngels! Why? Quite simply: because we put people first and our mission is the same: to enable scalable logistics for every company. In addition, our business models mesh perfectly: ANCLA's PackAngels are the logistics specialists for large omnichannel companies and can handle huge order volumes. We combine this with our technology, which makes order processing and shop connectivity cost-efficient for both small and large companies. As Team ANCLA - with our DEL FASTER and PackAngels brands - we now form the largest D2C fulfilment service provider in Europe and can cover the entire spectrum of logistics services. We do this every day, with 600 employees, at 9 locations, in 5 countries and over 4 million shipments a year.
